She has over 20 years of diverse experience, spanning sectors such as the NHS, Media (Sports Production), and Financial Services. Nana has dedicated the past decade to shaping and steering the people strategy for SMEs. Nana passionately believes that people are the core of our operations, and people-centric practices are what will drive Demica’s shared vision forward.
