Dane joined Demica in 2022 to set up our Talent Acquisition function. Prior to joining Demica he was an International Recruitment Manager at Peloton and spent several years working for Expedia. In his early career he worked for agencies in the UK and Australia, specialising in Commercial and Corporate lending. He is passionate about candidate experience, building diverse successful teams and talent development.
