Demica’s Benchmark Survey for Banks in Open Account Trade Finance

We are pleased to announce the launch of this year’s benchmark survey. Demica invites colleagues from every function at trade finance banks to participate in our annual survey of banks in trade finance, including sales, structuring, product, risk, operations and technology.

The survey looks at key trends across all open account trade finance products, delving into the biggest priorities and challenges faced by banks in the trade finance sector. The findings of this survey, with input from trade banks of all sizes around the world, will form the basis of our 2025 Benchmark Report.

This survey takes on average just six minutes to complete.
