    Phillip Kerle, Chief Executive Officer

    Prior to joining Demica, Phillip served as a senior member of the executive management team at J.M. Huber Corporation and has 25 years' international business experience across Europe, Asia and the United States. Phillip previously co-founded two companies, Embrace Pte. Ltd, Singapore and Paradigm Alliance Pty. Ltd, Sydney, the latter a provider of credit consulting to financial institutions in Asia. Phillip has also held senior positions with First Pacific in Hong Kong, Schlumberger in London and Touche Ross in Los Angeles. Phillip was admitted as a solicitor in Sydney, Australia and has an LLM from Boston University.

    Avarina Miller, Senior Vice President

    Avarina has over 20 years' financial services experience across both international debt and equity markets. She previously held business development positions with JP Morgan and Bankers Trust for capital markets and securities services in Europe and Africa. Avarina is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

    Chris McGrory, Technical Director

    Chris has over 18 years' experience in designing, building and running all aspects of IT operations. He has worked for a number of software and service providers, joining Demica in 2000 from a consulting role at LogicaCMG. Chris' experience spans several industries. He has developed software for the Energy and Logistics industries as well as for Futures and Options Trading businesses. Chris is responsible for managing the support and maintenance of Citadel® and manages the provision of reporting services to Demica's clients.

    Kishore Patel, Senior Technical Manager

    Kishore Patel has more than 16 years' experience in the IT industry as a system architect and application developer and has been with Demica for over 10 years now. Kishore is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of key components for the front-end of Demica's Citadel Platform. Prior to joining Demica, Kishore worked for Intensiti Technologies Plc and Oxygen Solutions Limited. Kishore is a graduate in Computer Science with Software Technology from Leeds University.

    Peter Hession, Senior Consultant

    Peter has been with Demica for over 11 years and has extensive experience in corporate ledger, accounting and ERP systems. Peter advises Demica's clients on automated solutions and Citadel implementation for various forms of invoice finance and is responsible for implementing Citadel based solutions for banks and corporates. Peter qualified as an accountant with the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has previously worked for Warburg Dillon Reed, NatWest Capital Markets and Daiwa Europe Limited.

    Su McGrory, Finance Manager

    Su McGrory joined Demica in 2002. She holds a BSC (Hons) in Psychology and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1995. Su trained with Ernst and Young in London as an auditor, before moving to HSBC Holdings plc, where she held a variety both technical and operational roles. Su oversees all finance related matters.

    Heather Kinnersley, Marketing Manager

    Heather has over 20 years' experience in marketing and communications, mostly gained within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Demica in 2008, Heather spent nine years in the marketing department of Global Asset Management. She has also worked for ING and KPMG. Heather is a graduate of the University of London.

    Richard Senior, Consultant

    Richard has over 20 years experience in structured finance. Following nine years at Chemical Investment Bank Ltd (now JP Morgan Chase), Richard joined Bankgesellschaft Berlin as Head of Origination, for the securitisation group. Prior to that, Richard worked at ICI and Morgan Grenfell. Richard structured and funded his first securitisation transaction in 1989, and since has originated, structured and distributed a wide variety of asset backed and tax-based transactions throughout Europe. Richard currently consults on a broad range of complex cross border trade receivables securitisation transactions.
