| Prior to joining Demica, Phillip served as a senior member of the executive management team at J.M. Huber Corporation and has 25 years international business experience across Europe, Asia and the United States. Phillip previously co-founded two companies, Embrace Pte. Ltd, Singapore and Paradigm Alliance Pty. Ltd, Sydney, the latter a provider of credit consulting to financial institutions in Asia. Phillip has also held senior positions with First Pacific in Hong Kong, Schlumberger in London and Touche Ross in Los Angeles. Phillip was admitted as a solicitor in Sydney, Australia and has an LLM from Boston University. |

Avarina has over 17 years financial services experience across both international debt and equity markets. She previously held business development positions with JP Morgan and Bankers Trust for capital markets and securities services in Europe and Africa. Prior to that, Avarina worked with NHL, one of the first originators of securitisations in the UK. Avarina is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

Tatsuya has over 15 years experience in international financial services. Prior to joining Demica, he was co-founder of Step.com Communications, a financial solutions platform company. Tatsuya has also held senior corporate finance roles with Bank of America Securities, Goldman Sachs, and Prudential Securities in Tokyo. He is a CPA and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Tatsuya is based in Tokyo.

| Chris has over 15 years experience in designing, building and running all aspects of IT operations. He has worked for a number of software and service providers, joining Demica in 2000 from a consulting role at LogicaCMG. Chris' experience spans several industries. He has developed software for the Energy and Logistics industries as well as for Futures and Options Trading businesses. Chris is responsible for managing the support and maintenance of Citadel® and manages the provision of securitisation reporting services to Demica's clients. |

| Heather has over 20 years' experience in marketing and publishing, mostly gained within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Demica in January 2008, Heather spent nine years in the marketing department of GAM. She has previously worked for ING Barings, KPMG and Summerhouse Communications. She is a graduate from the University of London. |

| Su McGrory joined Demica in 2002. She holds a BSC (Hons) in Psychology and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1995. Su trained with Ernst and Young in London as an auditor, before moving to HSBC Holdings plc, where she held a variety both technical and operational roles. Su oversees all finance related matters. |
